To ensure your delivery arrives before we close for Christmas, please place your order by midnight, 19th December if selecting standard delivery, and by 11am, 20th December if selecting next day delivery.
Delivery by 24th December does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of La Beeby, including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers.
During the Christmas holiday period (Dec 24th to Jan 1st), our warehouse will be closed, so your order may take a little longer than normal to reach you.

Standard UK delivery is FREE for orders over £75.
In a hurry? Order before 11am and we'll send your garments by courier for delivery on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Just make sure someone will be in to sign for delivery!

For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns period. Returns for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January 2025. All we ask is that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Changed your mind on the colour, or need a different size? We're happy for you to send your items back to us and we'll issue a refund
Just make sure that you return the item to us, as new, within 28 days and you'll receive a full refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can't accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
If you need a replacement, simply place a new order online. Please note, we're not able to exchange any items returned to us.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any face mask product.
